01M to 5 speed or 6 speed

Hi everyone.
I have a 01 Jetta TDI auto transmission with 244,000.
I'm looking for a shop nearest Western KY that can do this kind of work.
The car has upgraded injectors, egr delete, and ARP headstuds.
Looking to tune it to Stage 3 via Malone tuning.
