1999.5 Jetta TDI, 105,000 miles

Only 105,000. I am second owner, and have receipts back to it's purchase.
It has been driven by my college age children for the last 6-7 years and it is not being taken care of as it should. I just took it back and am ready to sell it so that I can put the last child in an auto/gasser.
I think the turbo seal is going, starting to blow some oil. No mods.
Body is in good shape, just a few rust spots. New battery & alternator.
Make offers. I'm in Central NY state.

How about some details on the car; condition, transmission, timing belt change, etc. Also a price and some pics would be helpful.
