Help with reading technical data

Hi everyone

I'm new to TDI world. I've bought 2004 1.9 TDI PD 130hp Passat. My fuel economy is poor and I can smell car running rich also a lot black smoke on acceleration. 85 000miles only. I've got a lot of photos of technical data please see below and help me figure out what's wrong.
