with 4 kids, Xmas, and Birthdays for the girls on 1/4, its just not in the cards.

The thing is, people will be driving home on Sunday - some from states rather far away - so it's best to leave that day relatively open.

We'll be out early Sunday AM, as we have to get back Sun. night. Not sure when we're getting in on Friday, but any plans for that evening?

Addition: Just looked at the 10 day forecast. No snow showing. Looks like the new Golf will be making this trip!

What time are all of us central ohioans leaving on Friday?

I will not be staying at the hotel but we can still travel together most of the way.

Ideas? I am off all day Friday so can leave anytime, to arrive early afternoon.

Peter, it's been a very strange winter so far. We've had a dusting of snow that melted the same day. I haven't had to shovel yet, which isn't a bad thing. Friday was in the 50's and today was in the 40's. It's just weird.

I go to school at OSU Marion and I will be leaving from there, I get out at 2:30, its right off of 23 if anyone is taking that route.

We will be putting the snow tires on the TDI -- just in case. We plan on leaving the DC area early in the morning. I have a meeting at the hotel before 4pm, but after that Jason and I will be free for whatever.
