Right as I am splitting my car the engine etc is for sale.
I am happy to ship parts world-wide although bear in mind shipping will not be cheap as some items are heavy and I will only send insured etc.
I am open to reasonable offers ,
These parts owe me much more than I am selling them for, the R&D on this project was not cheap.
First of all GTB2260 VKLR Hybrid
This is a completely custom turbo built to my specification with no expense spared and is basically brand new having done about 300 milles in total before being removed due to splitting car for parts
Included is a Ported Darkside tubular manifold. No cracks etc.
It is a ROUND PORT manifold so will fit BKD, PPD and CR round port heads
It made 395hp / 665nm at just over 3 bar on my 2.0 CR on a hot day, with fuel pump, larger injectors, ported head and valve springs (the cyl head and injectors are available seperately from myself). Fuel pump can be sourced from Bobby Singh if required.
The turbo is a very special unit originally brand new and built by a European specialist but it had some issues so I had it rebuilt at great expense , and upgraded even further..
It has a massive 52/70cw and custom turbine wheel, with twin seal so no oil leaks
.... Genuine garrett seals and bearings....
Also included is a speed sensor that was custom made using an OEM sensor and converter unit , in my case we had this plugged into EGR valve plug to measure output. I can provide you rough shaft speeds once purchased as well.
Also has EMP port plumbed in for easy access. (Emp is very low on this unit almost 1:1)
Further more it has water cooling as well including an adaptor to use the heater matrix and some coolant lines.. so the option is there if you want to run the watercooling. (I would recommned)
This is basically a brand new turbo and Tubular manifold ready to go in perfect working order
For the turbo and Manifold I am asking £1750/$2300 collected from Calne SN11 in the UK

Additionally I have Common Rail CBB/ ROUND PORT ported head for sale
These are fitted with BSR valve springs
I have yet to remove it from the block but will do soon.

I can also include a different inlet manifold for this head that flows better than stock, with runner flap removal (still OEM part so perfect fit)
Have had this for 18 months or so and been perfect with no issues.
Obviously I would strongly recommend getting this checked before fitting and skimming if necessary.

Custom injectors - £800 / $1050
These flow much more than stock and retain OEM cold start, part throttle and cruise characteristics.
I will provide you the relevant information for mapping once purchased (IE flow rates etc).
The injector bodies were machined to fit like OEM using OEM seals, without leaking onto the cam cover etc.
In conjunction with CP3 you can get enough fuel for 400hp from these with OEM reliability and smoke.
