Leaking 96 Diesel Injection Pump

Started to smell bad few weeks ago.
At first leak was very minute but I could not find its location.
Next my cooling pipes started to melt.
It leakes from under the pump (can't find from where)(not from the shaft nor any ideling screws )
Car was still running Ok.
I came back from 2 weeks vacation and now can't even start it up.
Now leaks a lot when trying to crank it up.

Any helpful hints or suggestions ?
About 6 months ago I changed timing belt and car was running like new.

Who does the best job at fixing diesel pumps in GTA (Toronto Canada)area?

I love my car ,drove 400 .000 km ,most other parts where replaced with new ones, so it is worth to keep it.
On my previous Mk II Jetta (1989 TD ) I did over 800.000 km without any major repaires to its engine (drove it for 9 years)
Thanks in advance

I've had a hard time finding injector pump rebuilders in the East, but perhaps someone will name one here. I suggest you call Diesel Fuel Injection in Portland, OR, (503) 235-1947, and see what they say.

Hello! There is a reputable shop in Oakville called "Industry Diesel and Turbo Service". They are on 1015 Industry Street there. The ph# is 1-800-561-5003, they will rebuild your pump with all new internals. See what you think. They may even suggest someone closer to you?!
