I've read many posts on AC problems but I'm having trouble figuring out mine. My fans don't come on when I turn the ignition on like they used to. Also my compressor does not ever kick on. I did remove the connector off the thermal sensor for the fan on the left bottom of the radiator. Jumping the wires did turn on the fans. I was gone to replace this piece but I thought maybe it's not exactly my problem. I did replace the fan controller modulator. That did not seem to fix the problem. Should I replace the temperature sensor for the fan and with that fix this problem or should I dig deeper?thanks for the help

Thanks for all the advice. It was just out of my realm of expertise so I took it to a great mechanic nearby. I watched him diagnose step-by-step and learned a lot. It ended up being the high-pressure refrigerant sensor G 65.
