Noise turning right / fender liners/ skid plate side skirts (?)

At highway speeds moving the steering slightly (not even enough to change lane) causes a graunching/abrading sort of noise.
My suspicion, looking at the abrasion on the liners, is the fender liners being pushed back onto the tire by air pressure and slight movement of the wheel exposing a fresh wear surface.
Any suggestions? New liners and new fixings?
Also looking for side skirt suggestions for the ECS skid plate to keep debris out of the belts/engine bay.
There was considerable professional disdain for the plastic tub & tuck tape attempt. Though it did work for about six months.
Thanks in advance...

If your fender liners are secured properly they shouldn't rub. I see you are lowered but even that shouldn't cause a rub problem. Don't know about the ECS skidplate but I modified the side skirts when I put my Evo plate on 12 yrs ago. Just cut the plastic to fit around the plate. No problems.
