I noticed yesterday:
my left inner CV joint boot has a lot of grease coming out of smaller end.
The inner CV joint is the one near center. It is NOT the one near wheel. When I look closely, I noticed that smaller end on inner CV boot has one clamp missing. That's why grease come out of small end. I am not sure how long ago this happened and how much grease I lost. The CV joint boot looks Ok.No tear and wear. I bought a new screw-on clamp to use.
I am kind of afraid that car driveaxle will be damaged if
I dirve with less grease in inner CV joint.

1. How do I repack grease back to inner boot? Do I have to remove the whole drive shaft? Is there any easier way?
Is a new inner CV joint boot set needed?

2. What kind of grease?

Thanks
