Anyone here well versed in deciphering results from used oil analyses?

I have some results over about the last year that I'd like to dig into if anyone is able to offer any insight.

Been running 15k-16k km intervals (new OEM filter each time) using:

Total Ineo MC3 5w30
Liqui Moly Top Tec 4200 5w30

My local fluid analysis shop (primary out-lab contractor for a local refinery I used to work at) doesn't offer the same kind of report as Blackstone so I'm a little out of sorts parsing their findings. Seems to be a high concentration of trace wear minerals but can't tell if that's just the residue from the scrubbing agents and sacrificial layers or actually tiny bits of the bearings or rotating assembly.

Just a thought, the total mc3 is a 505.00 oil, and the 4200 is a 507.00... I'm not trying to be an oil nerd here, but I accidentally ordered a 3 pack of the mc3 off amazon really annoying as it shows up in the 507.00 search,Ive been using the ineo long life for years, no issues, and the bottles are virtually identical, only one says long life and one says mc3.

It's the 507 version, I verified.

I'll get those screenshots up in a bit, trying to double check which reports are which.
