Water methanol on a 15 Passat

Anyone put water methanol injection on a newer tdi with the water to air intercooler that’s built into the intake manifold? Wondering if it’s even possible without having to have a nozzle for each cylinder since the space after the cooler is so small..

what are you gaining by doing this?

lower CAIT, and lower EGT to allow slight bump in power, and more usable power before EGT limits are hit have been the gains for meth before.

CAIT for the W2A IC isn't that efficient, heat soak and temps of F250+ isn't that uncommon on long highway hill pulls, lower CAIT lower EGT allows for more power before the EGT limiter kicks in.

As for implementing it, I'd have to say tapping the IC is going to be a nervous task and I'm thinking higher would be better as it'd avoid meth from collecting at the bottom, I'm not sure if those injectors create a fine mist of more of squirt.
