How many HPFP failures?

There's a lot of concern about HPFP failures, rightly so it seems.

I'm just wondering how many actual HPFP failures have happened? Is there a way to find this out from VWoA?

My observation, people on here freak out and go nuts when they hear about HPFP problems but when it comes down to actually filling out a form on NHTSA to complain / document the problem, people don't.

Until more people document the problem in ways other then freak out rants on interweb forums, their is no problem.
