Water pump pully ?

Looks like no. The pully is offset from the mounting surface which looks to be a little inboard of the center of the middle pulley.

Looks like it will end up with its center about at the inner edge of the outermost crank pulley.

Maybe you can move the hub on the W/P to make it line up.

Whatever you do will cause more load on the W/P bearings since the belt force will be acting out beyond the bearing.

Might be better to move the alternator out to line up with the second pulley.

I could re drill the 3 bolt holes on power steering pully but it's a bigger diameter pully so the water pump might not pump as fast as needed.and if I use all the shims and flip the water pump pully it will line up with the middle pully so I'm going to try that first.
