Anyone else had this problem? 2 of the PIDs I'm trying to view aren't working, ECT and EOT. This is on the 2010 A3

Are you shutting it down properly? If not that can cause issues sometimes. Shut it down completely every time including the app in the background. Reset everything by shutting it down and rebooting including removing the OBDII dongle. Fire everything back up and see if it works correctly. Then always close it properly and shutdown the app in the background as well each time before shutting down or turning the engine off. That may do something for you.

If you use the tool from Scantool (OBDLink) in should contain the tools to query/upgrade/downgrade to LX . . . under "settings -> firmware updates".
