I have some informations:

The screw from the CUAA head is a 12.9 screw. They is much longer then the Golf 6 (10.9) screw. The CUAA screw costs 6,90€/piece (8,21€ with tax).

Just cut the CUAA screw and it will fit. I tested it today :p

Cant mount studs without removing camshafts, just something to keep in mind.
This is why i would go for bolts.

Glad to see the cp3 kit working nicely.
Sorry for a mega revive here.

I have conflicting information on if the camshafts need to come out.
I have the slim socket from darkside, can someone say definitively if the camshafts need to be removed?

Oh my! I just glanced right over that!

I see you are talking about bolts, would darkside's studs work in the same way?
Ask them 😉
I don't know if I've ever waited longer than 24 hours for a response to email questions during the normal business week, and they know these motors like the backs of their hands.

The Studs need the camshaft removing as there it not a lot of room to get in with a socket
Cheers!
