To be honest i forgot to count teeth on the wheels last time my hp was off, but im 99% sure, it has same ratio as on 3.0tdi.

Edit: Checked from pictures, my pump pulley has 24 teeth, not sure about the cam pulley.

This morning already ordered from ebay the 21 teeth pulley, wish i knew it before :)
I also ordered the cam-side pulley from v8tdi cp4.2. Im not sure if its larger then my current one, but cp4 has also 21teeth pump wheel and 3teeth longer belt, so hopefully the drivepully is also larger if it is, then with cp4 belt it might work.

Making larger nozzles out of smaller is really easy. Making larger nozzles from smaller ones that do have a shot to shot deviation and small qty accuracy comparable to stock injectors for clean idle and like stock combustion noise?

The same is usually with 'tunes' making big number is way less time consuming than making a tune with like stock driveabilty/acceptable response/smoke/part load fuel consumption/ etc

So whats the solution then ? Leave it stock at 240hp or go out on limb and take a risk.

We have biuld nozzles for this engine but we are at test stage now.When we are ready we will give you a call.Nozzles are custom made and when we are ready there will be no idle problems or so.

i recived the turbo today and confirmed its a 56mm also looks like a custom y pipe will be required:( to lower the turbo

Does anyone know if the newer edc17 plastic turbo actuators are backwards compatible with the b7 asb/bkn edc16 actuator

The Audi actuators are not. You could use MB or BMW actuators with edc16 since they use PWM. Or use 2.7TDI ecu which is esc16 and can controll can based servos.

The turbine backplate needed modified after the bandsaw i cnc machined it too clean it up .

Thumbs up! I like where this is heading.

When I fitted s200v to my A6 I had to cut the flange out of the original Y collector and weld a suitable flange slightly tilted to make enough room for the compressor housing. If you remove the EGR cooler and other related parts you can get some more room for it to fit. Or mount the turbo so that the compressor inlet is to the front of the car. That way you get bit more room and possibly can get it to fit.

Now that you have the turbo apart it is wise to modify the vnt lever to proper length and build a stop screw for it.

Yup thats what i was thinking mount the turbo parallel with the car . If i run a electric actuator why do i need a stop screw?

Just in case. These turbos can shut the vanes so closed that the turbo acts like exhaust brake. With electic actuator you could get away without one, but IMO its a good failsafe if anything moves from original position.

I got the studs today all in all they fit great i had to machine the flange on 2 nuts down to .720 from .820 and turned down a 14mm socket to .700 they clear the cam by 20 thou or so :)

I will be soon installing my S360V in sequential setup with a gtb2269vklr, maybe by end of Aug I will finish it. :). My car is a 330d e90 currently 355hp.

My BW turbo is bigger than yous but I am very interested to know how yours spool on a 3.0tdi.

Hybrid HP? You get better result with stock 2260vk (or vklr).

I'm considering either stock gtb2260 or k16 with a billet titanium compressor as HP turbo for my 530xd. And S256 or S262SXE for LP turbo.

Yes my turbo is a hybrid vklr... I am very happy with its performance.

Anybody actually did a compound with a 3.0tdi??? I cant find anything apart from 1.9 and 2.0 tdi.

I dont think anyone has there isent alot of room for compounds on v6 tdi.

I think im gonna push the limits of a single vnt and deal with loss of lower rpm performance

With b8 chasis you would have all the room you need. Hx50 would fit easily.
