Clutch pedal lifts/dips

Hi I've got a 04 2.0 GT TDI when driving sometimes the clutch dips) comes up. Someone reckons it's been mapped and there too much Tourque effecting dmf when accelerating ,I noticed sometimes if you use other pedals it effect clutch . Cars been de cat and de egr . Crazy accelerating low down too .any ideas

98 Jetta TDI AHU 1.9L (944 TDI swap in progress) I moved so now i got nothing but an AHU in a garage on a pallet.

its hydraulic right? i was unaware the MK4s had a drive by wire clutch.
sounds like your break system has air in it or something isnt right. check your break fluid resivior. When was the last time you did a brake bleed flush? Brake fluid is only good for 2 years before its boiling point goes WAY DOWN.
your mods have nothing to do with the clutch.
ALso possible clutch failure too. Start with the brake fluid, its shared with the clutch.

report back once your break fluid has been checked and or flushed.
