Electrical Problems

I have lost the AC, the fresh air fan, the horn, and the windshield wipers. Any clues as to where I should start looking for an electrical fault. All the fuses on the interior panel that protect these devices are good. Is there another fuse in the engine compartment or elsewhere that might control all of these functions? A relay?

What model and year is your car. I'll be home in a couple hours .
