i dont need an egr, just the manifold. price of the air box, maf housing, flex pipe, turbo intake, intake manifold shipped to pa 19040?

I'll need to double check that my friend still has the intake manifold but i'm pretty sure he has.

Yes - the VNT15 and VNT17 have the same size of inlet on the compressor housing.
