vacuum leaks

Allen - thanks for the good info. It sounds like that whole booster line, w-chk valve should just be replaced which I will do in the next couple of days.

I'm hoping this will cure my hard pedal issue.

Check valve in booster line has a 90 degree nipple that goes to N75 and the rest of the vacuum system. That 90 degree nipple always seems to break. I hate that design - it's like an Achilles heel.
the vacuum booster is pain to change out. Don't bother with the tool specifically called out to disconnect the brake pedal - dremel that connection.

Booster line replaced!!

It's all good now. :D Just got done replacing the hard plastic booster tube as it was leaking, with split ends. Used about 8" of 7/16 tranny-fluid hose for $3 buks, did the trick. Went ahead and trimmed up the smaller lines, tested the check valves and both were fine.

Brake pedal is back to normal! :) Thanks to all the members on here, this forum is awesome!
