It has been about a week since i have driven my car, due to unexpected deployment to a not so nice place.
i don't know if it is my imagination, or just feeling the car again after some time. but when i accelerate hard the car feels like it pulls to the left. i almost think it is pushing to the left witht he added power vs pulling... anywho. maybe an alignment? but car drives straight with wheel straight on a level road... is this normal? maybe i should shut up and be glad i am back in the country with my car. lol

I read somewhere about front wheel drive cars and something called torque steer. The power of the car during a hard acceleration causes a slight pull of the steering wheel. The miles on your car and condition of front end and steering parts, can play a factor in the drivability issues with your car.
This may help

I get the same thing on some roads when I floor it. Torque steer.

Ya... The bane of FWD cars :/

You should feel it in our Grand Prix. It's really bad in that car

The new A5 jetta's eletric steering cancles it out somehow
