I do not plan an oil cooler for now. I will try to max out default injectors and if i get 250-60hp i will be happy. You think the oil temp will be an issue?

If you will push the car a little in the summer ,and them you will look at oil temp, you will see 100 or more degrees.and the oem senzor is located in the sump,so upper in the engine you will have even more.I wil install an external oil cooler just dont knof if should I use a thermostat or not.I use the car in winter also.

Will be a fun car with all that installed. :) Should be approaching 300hp if not get past it (BHP not WHP)

Not sure what the stock fuelling will do though on those CR engines.

i do not plan for now conversion to Bosch. @devonutopia 260bhp thats all i think from stock fuel system, and im afraid how reliable engine can be with 280+ bhp

Okay lets start :) My mechanics and i have finally changed all parts and sucessfully started car which is in safe mode now (MAP sensor changed and EGR removed) and waiting to get mapped after full exhaust will be completed. So some photos i would like to share with you all. First, car before modding:

Intake manfold is down for cleaning and washing in gasoline. I decided to keep flaps:

Actuator required some adjustment to fit, because it was hitting in firewall.

Exhaust side of turbo needed cutting few milimeters because it was hitting in cilinder head:

After few hours of adjustments turbo finally fits :) Oil return line needed some chemistry too. Original DPF housing was attached just for driving to exhaust workshop.

Look from upside:

Few more pics of new turbo fitted:

Darkside's alu pipework:

EGR to IC pipe with 4bar MAP from downside:

This one from turbo to IC was hard to join:

But was ok in the end:

Pipework final:

Dogbone upgrade on both ends. This is Vibratechnics small end replace:

And installed with torque arm insert. This insert caused horrible vibrations in idle so i removed it later.

Exhaust is installed but its very loud. In neutral sounds like gasoline. Car is in safe mode with error 008825. Can anyone help?

So a little more research shows this as an Air Intake leak but this is a Gasser code. Anyway its worth a look for leaks.

I resolved it thanks. Vacuum pipes were wrong connected. Thank you all. Car has around 260hp and absolutely flies. I'm happier then ever:)))
