VW CPO Example

Some may remember that I previously posted that I have personally witnessed that even VW CPO vehicles can be subject to previous whack damage. The copy and paste below specifies PPW (Previous Paint Work) and Pre-Qualified is defined as a vehicle that qualifies franchised VW dealers only to certify them as CPOV's. Here's a better condition description of the prequalified vehicle referenced above. Nothing terrible here except possibly this: [Hood Prev Repair Substandard Repair]. I would love to know how these far from prime units get slotted for CPO's. If it wasn't for the hood, I could most likely deal with the other somewhat minor items to make a decent one out of her.
