Seconded. I have Jim's MK3 shifter and it's awesome. From what I hear and read, the MK4 shifter is even better.

And I didn't get killed with any customs on it, pretty sure Jim uses USPS and knows what to write on the packages. Pretty much the only real expense will be the exchange rate - it was a lot better when I got mine...

For about 70-ish cdn bucks you can get the shifter from an audi tt at any dealership. Reduces front to back movement only though, not side to side.

Is this GB still active?
I was looking at the Dieselgeek 6 speed one for the 2009.
Can I participate if I am outside of Ontario?

Dieselgeek does not due group buys. Best bang for buck is the TT short shifter from an Audi dealership, or cheapest way is to make your own.
