There are none. There are about 3000 people living in fantasy land on this site that 2009 or 2010 diesels wil come to North America until any one does.

I really don't know much about the various tiers and bins to discuss this, but what tier and bin does the Mercedes E320 Bluetec that is currently sold fall under? I thought it was considered a clean diesel.

YES, there are...

"Tier 2 Bin 5/ULEV II emissions, met in a complete vehicle system" http://www1.eere.energy.gov/vehiclesandfuels/pdfs/deer_2005/panel2/2005_deer_stang.pdf slide #15

The Dodge Durango in which this light-duty Cummins diesel engine was tested not only demonstrated compliance with T2B5 @ FUL (120K miles), it met T2B5 limits @ 150K miles, and it did it with a NAC, not urea-SCR. The exact same methodology (FTP75) was used to demonstrate compliance with T2B5 as is used on any other production vehicle sold in the U.S.

Whether or not you consider a SUV a "car" or not is your perrogative. However, it should actually be easier for a smaller car like a VW Jetta to achieve this emissions target, if anything.

R&D in light-duty diesel technology now is focused on achieving T2B2/SULEV compiance ( http://www1.eere.energy.gov/vehiclesandfuels/pdfs/deer_2007/session1/deer07_kuhn.pdf , http://www.greencarcongress.com/2007/08/nissan-developi.html#more , http://www.greencarcongress.com/2007/08/ricardo-announc.html#more ,
http://wardsautoworld.com/ar/auto_fueling_optimism/index.html ).

Until there are actually production T2B5 diesels available, you're right, we don't know for sure if we will ever see them here. However, it won't be because LD diesel vehicles are technically incapable of meeting T2B5 as you seem to be asserting.

Ricardo announces clean diesel technology breakthrough

Release date: 12 September 2007

Ricardo today announced that it has achieved a significant milestone in its advanced diesel research with the achievement of Tier II Bin 5 emissions from an automotive diesel engine without the use of NOx aftertreatment. This research continues with the aim of demonstrating clean diesel technology capable of achieving U.S. Super Ultra-Low Emission (SULEV) and Tier II Bin 2 requirements. By achieving this milestone Ricardo has positioned the advanced diesel alongside gasoline hybrid and fuel cell powered vehicles as future high fuel-economy, environmentally friendly automotive products
