It is difficult for the actuator to move the arm (the big red "O" at the picture - but the turbo is inside clean.
I removed the two M6 bolts (see the picture) and could feel that the connection between the actuator rod and the BV43 moment arm is "rusty", but when I -in free hand- turned the actuator a little bit against the clock, then all was fine.
I bolted the actuator and turned is as mutch as possible against the clock before fasten the two M6, and now it seems fine.
Question:
Would it be good til lubricate the "O" at the picture with some CU spray or do Yau have other suggestions?
