I have a 2009 Q7 TDI. Everything is OK, the only problem? A/C wont work as I would like. Here we have temperatures of above 35 C° so, as you can see, this is a very important issue
Tests I've made.
1) Reading measure blocks with ECON Mode ON, AutoHVAC, Block 001. Readings are:
- 0.000 amp
- 0.0% (Activation of AC compressor regulating )
- 22.0% (Signal from high-pressure sender)
- 6.4 bar (absolute pressure)
2) Reading meassure block with A/C mode ON, AutoHVAC, Block 001.
Readings are:
- 0.490 amp
- 51% load
- 34.5 load
- 12.2 bar
3) With AC mode on, block 018, using temp. LO with air recirculation, only front vents.
- 18 C°
- 21 C°
- 24 C°
- 32 C°
4) With AC mode on, block 019, using temp. LO with air recirculation, only front vents.
- 19 C°
- 35 C°
- 36 C°

As long as I know, Evaporator output should be reading from 6 C° to 11 C°, am I wrong? Well, if I am OK, Block 019 value 1 should be read maximum of 11 C° and I have currently 19 C°.
As we changed condensator, we made a gas full charge. I'm not really sure if I need to do any kind of Basic Settings after this.
Does anybody have a clue what should I check? Is 51% load for compressor valve ok?
