Can you tow a vehicle with DSG transmission?

Does anyone know if you can tow a VW with DSG, behind an RV (wheels down)?

I would think that at the very least you might want to have the fronts on those dolly's. I don't know automatics all that well but I know what ideally would be good is a trailer but that would cost alot more, depends what you have for options I guess

If you can afford to drive an RV these days, get a dolly Theny ou don't have to attach any interesting hardware to the front of your precious VW either.

i suspect it would be a problem with automatic trany. i have ordered a 2006 jetta tdi manual. i plan on towing behind a motor home. i'll stay tuned for additional comments.
