beeping noise

hi im new just got my golf tdi and just woundering if anyone knows what wrong with my car its beeps at me when i just start pulling away but no warning light is coming on anyone have any idears cheers mykel

Handbrake not released fully?

Or seatbelt not in use?

yeah ive checked that. i thought it might be some sort of imobiliser or something like that but not sure.

Or the circuits which check and report on these things (seatbelt fastened/handbrake down).

Fuse 5 was blown for me on my 02 TDI...but the parking brake light was on too. It would start beeping as soon as I got above 10mph and stop when I got below 10mph.
