Strange beeping noise alarm while driving??

Hi

I am currently having a problem with my 2004 Jetta TDI. After driving the car for about 5 minutes...a strange quiet beeping goes on and off intermittently every few minutes inside my car.It almost sounds as if it is coming from the stock stereo...but the stereo doesn't have any alarms in
and works fine.Could be in the dash stereo area? Does anyone know what this might be??

Doesn't the Saudi Arabian setting activate some beepers?

that's along the lines of what I was thinking... I recall a thread from awhile ago where someone was getting a beeping noise every time they exceeded a certain speed

looks like Kitimat is in Western North-Central BC... you may need a VCDS to fix this, or meet with a local member who owns VCDS. IIRC, XXX_er is in that vicinity?
