It's only a 12 hour run but I would like to know what the members think of the fuel between Los Angeles and Santa Fe? I read somewhere to avoid Flying J like the plague? Thanks /images/graemlins/rolleyes.gif

Gallup, New Mexico is a good place to fill up. Several truck stops, decent competition means reasonable prices. My best tank ever for fuel economy was purchased at Travel Centers of America (TCA) in Gallup at Christmas. But probably the exact same fuel as Flying J.
