Hey everyone,
Need help with my 2003 VW Jetta TDI wagon.
I got a flashing glow plug "coil" light together with a CEL last night.
I ran the scanner and it gave me a 16612 or P0228 code (Throttle Position Sensor).
What does this mean and can I fix it myself?
Where is the TP sensor?
Thanks.

Yep. It is basically a rheostat, or a resistor that varies accoridng to how much you are pushing on the go-pedal. If you can just get yourself in a position where you can get your hands up there, it shouldn't be too hard. Which of course, is easier said than done for someone who has very wide shoulders, like me.
