Hey guys, having some trouble with my trunk. It wont open electronically, with the key in the slot or with the internal emergency release. I also don't hear the actuator going when I press the unlock button. Is this a mechanical and electronic failure?

How do I go about getting at these parts if I can't get the trunk open. Thanks guys

If it's a sedan I've read you can flip the back seats over & crawl back there to pull some trim & trip the release mechanism.

If it's a wagon it's easier to get back there. :)
A bit harder with the trim I think.

Also, try banging the lid while trying to open it. Long shot.

I had same problem, had to fold the seats down and crawl back in there to get it open.
