Not sure if this is the right place to post this, but I received a call from my dealer today. Originally I have my car scheduled for the second phase of the emissions upgrades for January 15, 2019. They told me that they had received notification that no upgrades would be done after December 31, 2018.
They are trying to get everyone done before that date and had to move up my appointment.
Just thought I would pass this on in case anyone was waiting on getting the upgrade done.
