I'll be posting photos later this week. It has been maintained religiously, oil changed last month @ Lithia VW, Medford, regular maintainance done their as well. The car has been on a few long trips to San Francisco and Portland but mainly used for commuting to/from work.

I am having trouble finding a 2005 manual trans in Spicy Red. This is the ONLY reason i'm selling - to upgrade. Any dealers have a 2005 TDI wagon, manual transmission should contact me.

if this was in MASS I'd be all over it. if you are looking for these cars, they are few and far between. Been a month since I have seen one with CWP and leather for anything reasonable. jump on it folks. it will be gone gone gone soon.

Thanks Chris. I will call over the weekend. I had an surprising experience yesterday at the local vw dealership. He offered me $19600 for the car! I'm realizing i may not have thought this through completely, weighing the fact that the car is in high demand, especially from Californians, and nothing is wrong w/it, plus low miles. I am going to hang onto the car for a few more months to see what VW does about releasing more 2005 Jetta wagons. VW is coming out w/larger size jettas in 2007 (no 2006s will be made). All this i have learned in the past day... and all this makes me want to hang onto my indigo blue manual tdi wagon even more!

Hi itsyTDI, Isn't that fricken incredible? That franchised VW dealer was offering you over the CA/OR Kelley Blue Book Retail Book of $19,495. Wholesale book is $16,025. That's where the saying "when it comes to TDI's, you may as well throw the book out the window" comes from. I do sell most of my TDI's over book but, generally not much over even though I usually have some brutal expenses like transport along with my anal service and maintenance regiment that I perform on each specimen. It took years for some here to understand this and some still don't but, opinions are like a-holes, everyone's got one ! If I could buy at wholesale, I could sell at or below retail. Later!
