Headliner ?

Hey guys I just picked up a 2001 TDI Golf from a member here and just started working on the interior. It is Gold or tan and that has got to go. I am replacing the headliner and just wondering if a 2 door headliner and a 4 are the same. The headliner in the car is broke. So obviously I have to replace with another one. I have determined that Jetta headliner is not the same. But I am not sure about the 4 door Golf. If anyone knows please let me know. It's alot easier to find a 4 door than a 2 door in Junkyards.

not the same. you need 2 door. Pull the headliner out and have it re-covered

That was the plan to have it recover, but someone broke a large piece out of it and it is missing so, now I am looking for another one. Do you know if the carpet is the same for Jetta and Golf.
