2014 sportwagen tdi need transmission help

Swapped to DKM stage 2 clutch kit with heavy single mass about 11kmi ago. Lost synchros in 1 & 2 so far, not shifting fast or anything. Has anyone got any info on converting to brass synchros? Thanks in advance.

You can't swap in 02M syncros. However you can swap in a complete 02M.

what were they out of? I'll start shopping now. That brings up some questions actually... is that a direct bolt in? i can run my current clutch?

anyone have any info / part numbers on brass synchros for the 02q?
