2013 Touareg fog light

Does anyone here know how to R&R the fog light assembly on a 2013 Touareg TDI? It looks like the bumper panel that covers it would just pop off. Before I attempt that, some advice would be greatly appreciated.

If you are just replacing the bulb there is an access panel from the fender liner in front of the wheel. If you need to remove the housing Im not sure, typically VW does not just pop out and may require removal of trim or there is a hidden screw in the grill.

Thanks for the info. I knew about the access panel but not sure on the bumper panel. Maybe someone out there has done this already.
