skoda octavia 1.9tdi pd edc16,problem power

skoda octavia edc 16 1.9tdi pd with arl hybrid turbo,asz injectors,map 038 906 051c,maf from asz engine,open exsaust,inlet from 2.0tdi,egr blocked,6 speed gearbox from vw golf mk4...

with this file engine havnt power in 1. and 2. gear,only after 3000 rpm....
in this area when we have not poweer,from exsaust goes much black smoke...

after that goes like rocket...

idle is bad....

No power to 3000rpm suggests not a mapping issue, but a hardware setting up issue. It sounds like poorly setup actuator / stopscrew.
