ive been doing a bit of drag racing recently with some friends and one guy with a granny mobile Toyota Camry destroyed me! I'm getting tired of being beat on the roads and I can barely even pass on the highway while hauling my dirtbike. My goal is around 200hp-whatever torque comes with it.
For mods I'm looking at:
Power plus 764 injectors
A tune (suggestions?)
Pd150 intake (don't know where to find one)
Some fuel pump mods?
Larger turbo - vnt17 or 22 whichever I can get
Fmic eventually

If you suggest anything can you please put a link for it! Thanks :)

Ok sweet I'll look into those, where could I get an intake mani? Also should I add all the mods at once? Because my car can't be out of order as its my only vehicle

How long have you owned this car?

I'm curious about how it's been maintained. I suspect that you might have some things to do before you start adding mods.

Do you have VCDS? (no one should look to do mods until one first has VCDS [and are able to give their engine a clean bill of health- or know exactly what needs to be done, with perf mod perhaps being corrective for those things]!)

My parents had it since 2007 and currently has half a million km on it :) my father has 3 trades in mechanics and does all his own work, engine has always been serviced 100% properly and oil has been sprayed on the frame every winter so there's no rust. Anything that broke has been changed ie clutch, starter, egr and anytime the car seems to be running poorly I stop driving it! Also getting a vcds soon!

To get 200 crank HP out a ve TDI you need this.

Bosio race 520 nozzles
Pd liftpump in tank.
Get a pd 150 turbo gt1749vb its a quick spool turbo and cheap.
Get a eBay fmic set. 2.25" piping
Sachs TDI clutch kit
Pd intake manifold asz ore ARL.
3 bar map sensor to run 1.7 bar boost.
And if you can find it a OEM 11mm pump out of a mk4 automatic 90hp TDI.
And a good custom chip tune on a dyno.
Exhaust no cat no egr.

Other you van buy it and install it direct.
And drive it.

Fmic from eBay kit 2.25"
No cat
Egr block off plate.
Sachs TDI clutch kit

Now what to install and hit the dyno soon.

Turbo gt1749vb
A 11mm pump and race520 injectors.

That will work with the right mods. You'll have to decide what you want to spend and do some research. Yucca gave you a pretty good picture.
