TURBO IS SOLD!!!
I still have the oval port manifold, but specific to the BMW style turbine inlet. Could come in handy if I ever decide to do something stupid and go 2872vrk
For sale is a 2 year old (and 20k miles) GTD1752vrk turbo and oval port tubular manifold from Darkside. This turbo made 190Whp/330tq (~220bhp) on my CRUA. Turbo is capable of peak boost as early as 1800rpm, though not many flywheels or clutches will care for that abuse.
Included will be:
Turbo w/actuator
Oval port manifold
Oil feed/return (specific to the EA288)
Inlet silicone reducer can be used with stock TIP
V-band adapter (2.5")
V-band clamps
You will need (if fitting to CRUA etc):
2" 90deg silicone elbow (with 10" legs) cut to fit for compressor outlet
4bar MAP sensor
Fresh copper o-rings for oil feed banjo
Fresh rubber o-ring for oil return to block
Exhaust manifold gasket
EGR block off plate (blocks off HP EGR on cylinder head)
A little creativity for the coolant return hard pipe that comes up and off of the heater core hoses.
3-pin electrical connector 8K0973703 for actuator (stock turbo is keyed, and won't fit without cutting)
The actuator is a vacuum unit with electronic position sensor that WILL need to have a sweep recorded and sent to your tuner. I can provide what it was on my car, but it's an easy process to do with VCDS and probably best to do on your own vehicle to be sure it's correct.
Turbo is perfect daily driving, boost response is ridiculous. Turbo makes a nice little whistle on startup/shutdown as well as low speed gear changes but is otherwise silent.
Asking price: $900 and I'll cover shipping anywhere in the US.
$750 for turbo alone
