Default F/S 00 Audi A4 2.5 tdi engine and 6 speed $5500.00

I've got a complete 2.5 tdi engine and rebuilt 6 speed quattro transmission for sale. Mileage is ~90,000 miles.

200 hp is a chip tune away.

I received the entire car in parts, what is included in the kit is:

Engine complete with ancillaries.
RHD wiring harness
ECM
Instrument cluster
Shifter Assembly
Front axles
Engine mountings
Engine cover
Airbox
Fuel lines until they meet the body including fuel filter.

What is stock HP and TQ on this engine?

Ever put one of these in a Jeep??

Would this more/less bolt in to a 2004 Audi A6 Avant?

150hp 230 ft/lbs stock. Chips can take it to ~190hp and ~300 ft.lbs. After that need nozzles and turbo highest horsepower one I've seen is 330hp.

It shouldn't but much of and issue to go into a jeep. It's got the 4 cylinder bolt pattern in the block.

Yeah it should bolt up to an A6.. Might need a few additional parts specific to the 2.5 tdi A6.

190 hp would match the stock High Output 6 and 300 ft/lbs tq. at 1500 rpms would be a good jump from the strong jeep engine at the bottom end. Even the stock 150 hp and 230 ft/lb is equal to the I6 Jeep engine. But the Jeep six engine life span is legendary.

So what are the ratios of the 6 speed Audi transmission and could it easily fit a jeep transfer case for 4 x 4 operation? If not fit a jeep transfer case, how about driving all 4 wheels? (on the Jeep).

Should ask about the red line for the engine.

You probably need to use another transmission as the trans included has the front diff and center differential, which would be very difficult to plumb up to the jeep axles.

what would you want for just the motor without the trans?

also what US car is this a "drop in" kit for?

Without the trans it will be $4000.00.

These engines were found in the following cars (European market):

VW Passat 1998-2005
Audi A4 1998-2005
Audi A6 1998-2004
Audi A8 1998-2002

They share the common VAG bolt pattern and will physically bolt up to just about any longitudinal transmission offered during the years mentioned above. These came with Auto and manual transmissions alike.

I see that it came in an A4. Does that mean its compatible with say an mk4 golf? And being a Quattro trans would it be hard to make it awd?

A4 Audi has a longitudinal engine layout, Mk4 golf has a transverse layout. Unless you want to gut the car out and do what dahlback racing did it's not really feasible to put this engine/quattro into a golf.

To answer many questions.. We have the entire vehicle in parts so if you have an A4 and want a V6 tdi we can offer a turn key conversion.

B5 and C5 only. The B4 never got the 2.5, it was a 1.9.

And the price for a turnkey conversion? Currently have an 04 GLX B5 2.8/5spd. Wiring issues related to the rhd/LHD?
