FOB programming problems

Bought a new key and fob from the dealership but when they tried programming the remote they said it wasn’t working. Took it home and ran VAGCOM and even tried programming the fob myself but it just won’t program. I’ve replaced the CCM and yes the key works in the ignition and there’s no problems with the immobilizer. This is just strictly the fob remote.

What's the question? if you got it at the dealer, and even they can't get it to work, get it replaced.

Dealership owes you a working fob.
