Dust shields front brakes -- unobtanium?

Looking for dust shields to fit B4 1996, 5-lug FRONT brakes? The part numbers are:
3A0 615 311
3A0 615 312

This is for my transplanted GLX VR6 K-frame.

I've posted on VW Vortex and contacted my usual salvage yard sources, and so far no luck.

Any help locating a pair in decent condition would be appreciated.

What makes these any different than any other A3 platform dust shields?

Dunno what makes them different --- I know the correct B4 GLX VR6 dust shields are in picture below.

These will have to come from a VR6 powered car, one with Plus suspension. There shouldn't be a problem finding some since the Mk3 VR6 cars also used these as well.

The problem with getting these from JY's is that often the JY will remove the wheels and set the car on the ground, which destroys dust shields.

I've been posting on Vortex for some time and not a single response.

Lots of "partout" ads for B4 VR6 5-lug cars, and these dust shields are held in place with short bolts, so don't appear to be difficult to remove.

Any help from the Forum in locating a pair would be greatly appreciated.

I guess I was a bit vague, but Steve was more clear. Expand your search to include any VR6 A3 car. Doesn't have to be a Passat.

Have been searching for almost 3 months on ebay, posting on VW Vortex, checking with Germany salvage yards and local VW dealership I've purchased from before etc. and so far no luck. Not a single lead.

Can anyone here with access to a VR6 GLX parts car help please?
