Waterfall/Water Bubble noise at start-weird noises

Hi there!
Every time I turn on the key I hear water noise, more like some liquid is moving. Do you experience the same in your TDI?
Also maybe because of cold weather I hear to/tic noises mostly when shifting (DSG)
Heater core replaced under warranty 1k miles ago
Do you hear weird noises from your car?

Don't know what the tick noise is but the water sound could be the heater core (coolant running thru it).. sometimes a sign of a partially clogged heater core..alot of info here about that...
