2 cars tdi golfs, a/c suddenly stopped working

Very frustrating, last week one of our golf's a/c stopped working, my wife was in a automated carwash with it, when it suddenly started blowing hot air instead of cold. I haven't had time to mess with it yet.


This afternoon the other '04 golf's a/c stopped working...it had worked fine a couple hours before this most recent trip, ICEY COLD!

time to start searching....

well, 2 cars, 4 fans, but none of them spinning with the a/c on....

WOW, thats pretty nasty. No other corrosion any where else before that, battery terminals, grounds, ect..?

Nope, never has been either
