97 TDI 81KW Power Lack & high noises

Thanks to your discussion forum, I solved the Problem with Relais 109.
But now, I have another problem.
First there came a new high sound out of the engine (on the top?) It´s loudest by accelerating. The second is, that there´s a lack of power. 3 month ago, I lost the Turbo during a long journey, for half an hour. Afer cooling down I had no more Problems with it.

Try a search for wastegate problems ? might be sticking open ?

You must have a leak of some sort. I bet that's what the noise is. Maybe the plastic air pipe is split, or a clamp is loose.
