Purchased a passat tdi not long ago, and thought the single 2.75” tip (or something like that) looked boring, I’m still under warranty as per the emissions scandal ended up getting the warranty extended, so I don’t want to do a lot that’s hard to undo or that will void my warranty, so the one tip is a dummy because it’s really hard to do dual with the def tank in the way but anyway here’s some pics I bought 2x 3.5” quad dual tips if I remember right from jegs, https://imgur.com/a/Dn71ZUy I had to cut the one to be able to fit it in behind the def tank and so it wouldn’t stick out to much, I bought this rear valence https://www.ebay.com/itm/222746793294 I had to cut the holes bigger but only cut the one side bigger, that way the portion facing the tires still had a nice oem cut and if you do it half decently you can’t even tell it’s cut, I still need to touch mine up a little as you can see in the pictures I posted the first time, I fabricated a L bracket out of some scraps I had laying around for a garage door, and there’s some bolts on the right side of the car behind the def tank that works very nicely to bold the hanger up, and then I drilled a hole into the exhaust on the top side and bolted the bracket to the exhaust tip, I should of taken more pictures, but that should give you a rough idea on how to do it! Also here’s the tips I bought https://www.jegs.com/i/Jones-Exhaust/523/JST123/10002/-1 also I’d like to note that the rear valence I bought wasn’t supposed to fit my car according to the seller, but it was a direct fit no modifications required just thought y’all would like to know that because it took me a long time to find that valence.

I certainly have no interest in that now, but I can recall doing a lot of cutting and cussing doing this to a 71 Beetle many years ago. It looks pretty cool though.
