Manual Jetta wagon or Golf wanted - MI

I'm new on here, near Detroit, looking for a manual '99+ Jetta wagon, or possibly a '97+ Golf. Like a lot of people here (I suspect), I'd prefer under 200,000 miles, ALH, no rust, around $5000. Definitely no salvage or rebuilt titles. I'm mainly looking in Michigan, Illinois, Ohio, and Ontario, but could go further for the right deal.

1999.5+ Golf if you want an ALH. I've got three of them, none of which, however, are for sale (wagons are nice, but I'll take a Golf, thank you!)

A 6spd is VERY nice: I have one in one of my Golfs. It's got rust on lower front fenders, sigh... I suspect that rockers might also have issues (would take a bit of investigating to determine). Might be able to get the price down on it.
