Injectors not firing

Hey all, for some reason my ecm will not allow the injectors to fire causing my no start. Brand new to using vcds, so not sure where to look to help. Only code I have is 19464 cam sensor signal out of range. Try unplugging and no difference. Took voltage readings right from the injectors, and have .03v on power side. Have continuity in all injector power wires and the grounds to the ecm. Not sure where to go next. Any help is greatly appreciated,

What makes you think injectors arent firing?

The fact that the car won't start and there's no voltage at the injector solenoids during cranking.

Lots and lots of threads around on BRMs with cranking and no start. Never heard of anyone checking for voltage at injectors. Id try what everyone else did to fix there's first but thats just me.

Yea I've read about everyone, and they are all fuel issues or can start there car buy unplugging the cam sensor. Mines not the case

Did you ever solve this issue? I have a friend with a similar issue.
